LV 203 ZZ Custom Ball Bearings Advantages:
1. Small resistance, long life and wide application
The V-shaped surface of LV (RV) series guide roller bearings has
been finely grinded. The surface roughness of the V-shaped groove
of the bearing reaches Ra0.32. The V-shaped groove of the bearing
has good parallelism with the installation plane of the inner ring.
The force is stable and the friction resistance is small.
2. Easy installation
After the bearing is equipped with eccentric shaft and concentric
shaft, the installation is very convenient. The appropriate preload
can be obtained by adjusting the eccentricity of the eccentric
bearing.
LV 203 ZZ Custom Ball Bearings Features:
1. The bearing is designed with double row angular contact ball
bearing internal structure and thicker outer ring, so that the
bearing has higher load-bearing capacity.
2. Bearings are made of grease bearing steel (AISI52100 or
stainless steel AISI440C) and processed by heat treatment and
precision grinding. They are high quality and versatile oils with
long life in the interior. Bearing dust-proof cover is made of
metal dust-proof cover. Bearings with communication shafts and
eccentric shafts can also be provided.
3. The V-groove bottom of the bearing outer ring has a knife
retracting groove, and other V-angle bearings can also be
customized.
LV 203 ZZ Custom Ball Bearings Working Principle:
1. Custom Ball Bearings can be divided into first generation,
second generation and third generation hub bearings according to
their structural forms.
2. The first generation hub bearing is mainly composed of inner
ring, outer ring, steel ball and cage. Its working principle is
shown in Figure 1. The working principle of the first, second and
third generation wheeled bearings is similar to that of ordinary
bearings.
3. They all use the rolling of steel balls in the inner ring, outer
ring or flange raceway to carry and rotate relatively, so as to
drive the car.
