NU1020 Cylindrical Roller Bearing Structural Features:
1. The inner and outer rings are made of high purity bearing steel
or double vacuum high temperature heat-resistant bearing steel
2. Combined with special heat treatment process, cold treatment
process and material modification technology, which greatly
improves the fatigue life of the series of bearings.
3. Both single-row and double-row roller bearings have cylindrical
and tapered holes, and are installed on the spindle.
4. Later, it is easier to adjust the radial internal clearance to
improve the spindle rotation accuracy and radial stiffness. Tapered
hole bearings are generally used.
