NU1022 Cylindrical Roller Bearing Applications
1. Large and medium-sized motors, locomotives and vehicles, machine
tool spindles
2. Internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reducers,
rolling mills

NU1022 Cylindrical Roller Bearing Advantages:
1. Cylindrical roller and raceway are linear contact bearings. Load
capacity is large, mainly bearing radial load.
2. The friction between the rolling element and the retaining edge
of the ring is small and suitable for high-speed rotation.
3. Generally, steel plate stamping cage or copper alloy car cage
are used.
NU1020 Cylindrical Roller Bearing Matters Needing Attention:
1.Vibration can be measured by using special bearing vibration
measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.) and abnormal conditions
can be inferred by frequency distribution. The measured values vary
depending on the operating conditions of the bearings or the
installation position of the sensors.
2.If the temperature of the bearing exceeds 125 C for a long time,
the service life of the bearing will be reduced. The causes of high
temperature bearing include: insufficient lubrication or excessive
lubrication, impurities in bearing raceway, high limit speed,
long-term overload operation of bearing, etc.
