This bearing is also available with a retaining ring groove in the outer race, and it can be supplied with the ring (suffix NR) or without the ring (suffix N). Please see the Technical Information Sheet for the groove and ring dimensions.

NJ1010 Cylindrical Roller Bearing Description:

1. The rolling element is a rolling bearing of cylindrical roller. Cylindrical roller bearings are separated bearings, which are very convenient to install and disassemble.

2. Cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large radial loads and are suitable for high-speed operation.

NJ1010 Cylindrical Roller Bearing Structural Features:

1. The inner and outer rings are made of high purity bearing steel or double vacuum high temperature heat-resistant bearing steel

2. Combined with special heat treatment process, cold treatment process and material modification technology, which greatly improves the fatigue life of the series of bearings.

3. Both single-row and double-row roller bearings have cylindrical and tapered holes, and are installed on the spindle.

4. Later, it is easier to adjust the radial internal clearance to improve the spindle rotation accuracy and radial stiffness. Tapered hole bearings are generally used.
